**Mega Announcement time!!**
Time for our 12th band announcement for SA 2018 and also time to unveil another co-headliner.
It’s an absolute honor to welcome back Aussie Melodic Heavy Metal giants LORD for their second appearance at our festival!!
For those who have been nestled under a very large rock for a very long time, LORD was born out of the ashes of Power Metal Masters DUNGEON back in 2006 and have since both raised and kept the bar high with a string of world class albums, stunning live performances, a line of top quality merchandise and a loyal fanbase that just keeps growing.
Basically LORD know how to do it all and deliver with class to spare. All their years of hard work and quality culminated in 2016 with an invitation to appear at the prestigious ProgPower Festival USA, the result of which can now be found in LORD’s latest official live release.
Sydney live shows for LORD have become somewhat of a rare occasion these days and so you know something uniquely special is in the air when a LORD gig is set to be unleashed. Steel Assassins 2018 is set to burst at the seams with LORD leading the charge this November and anyone who can recall the amazing set the guys delivered back in 2014 knows this will be an event you just should not miss! Things are gonna get huge Maniacs. \m/
